So, I dont like the orange peel finish on the ED A2-300, or how it has a 18" depth which makes it sound sort of retangular instead of a square, but I really dig the price and free shipping and everyone says it performs great.
I like the look of the outlaw compact, but I have not heard alot about this one and it seems like the ED would out perform it. However, I read that it looks pretty good apperance wise which means it could be used as a possible end table maybe & I would get less flack from the spouse on the ugly box in the room.
The HSU's line look good and I hear good things but the only turn off for me is since I live in CA I would have to pay tax and the shipping costs which would put them over the price of the other 2.
So if I weigh all three its a hard choice. They all have there pluses or minuses. I am trying to stay under 400 total. I also considered getting a BIC america sub for the meantime, and then in a few years sell it and get another brand, but the more I read people say "just save the extra hundred and get a real sub from HSU, ED or Outlaw"
Anyone have any inputs? The only thing I am lacking is a sub so this is my current mission!
