Yeah, it does really look good. I also plan to see it this weekend. Perhaps, on Sunday if you will. After all, I have not been to see a movie in a good while. Now that this move has been completed my hope is to get things back to as normal as possible. Whatever that means............Lmao!!!!

I know NOTHING about this movie other than what you see in the trailers. The trailers definitely look cool. I love the scene where that robot thing catches the RPG. But they can make any piece of crap look good if the trailer is done right.

Looks like a lot of hype to me. Rental for me most likely. It does look interesting. The trailers have been around for quite some time. We saw a teaser trailer for it 6 months ago.

It's a Peter Jackson flick. So I expect long drawn out scenes with close ups of faces gazing longingly into the distance. This time instead of an ape or elf it will be an alien.

Oh, and it will have an extended edition DVD released 6 months after the regular edition. And we'll wait another year for the Bluray......

South Africa...a black girl saying as long as they keep them seperate she's cool with it...Wow, clever. It's almost insulting how dumbed down movies are now, where they have to spell out the parallels. Maybe next year they can stop the movie inbetween cuts and have a voiceover saying things like "the roses and butterflys are symbolism of change."

The best thing to come out of this movie will be the South Park episode making fun of it.

One of the best movies of the year IMO.
