I know a lot of people make a big deal about Kate, but Claire…

Yummy. Also, Amy who just appeared this season in a small role (she was on 24 a while ago) is my all time favorite red-head.

Yeah, Claire is a hottie no doubt! She was in the movie Taken and looked fantastic. I also like her accent. ;);) Not as familiar w/Amy but I love natural redheads. Nice looking rack.........Lmao!!!!! :D:eek::D BTW, Kate is a hottie too! :p:):p

I was watching a few episodes from Season 5 last night while playing pool, and caught something...

In the first episode of Season 5, Mile's father (Dr. Pierre Chang) wakes up, feeds baby Miles, and then begins filming the orientation film for station 2 (The Arrow)... he is interrupted, with a problem down at the Orchid station. This is where Daniel Faraday appears for the first time in the seventies.

From what I understand, even before they went back in time, they were already there! At the beginning of Season 5, they are still flipping through time. . .

So maybe when Daniel says that the Island is like a record, he really means it? Could the events that happen on the island just replay over and over again? This would explain why nobody other than the Others are supposed to be there, since they can mess up the Island's timeline and become trapped in a loop?

I dunno... just noticed it... thought about it. EH.

I've always liked Claire more than Kate. I hated seeing her in The Hills Have Eyes --- eck.

I liked Claire for the first season or so, but kinda lost interest in her. Don't get me wrong - she makes the women in my dreams seem like short, fat, bald men. :) I just got tired of her personality.

I like Alex (Tania Raymonde) and Juliet (Elizabeth Mitchell).

Interesting observation if I say so myself. Never really noticed it until now. You are good at paying attention to the finest details. The French woman's voice had been repeating for like 17 years if I remember correctly. That may explain and/or be related to the points you bring up. I am sure it is connected somehow. Once again, I guess we will know soon enough OR it may be one of those things it is what you put into it. After all, we tend to look at things from different perspectives-this may call for one of those times eh? ;):);)

I like Juliet too ... check her out in Gia with Angelina Jolie if you want to see "more" of her. ;)

BTW - I've been a big fan of LOST since the first episode - love that show.

Personally, I would kick either one out of you know where. :D:D With that being said, both are stunning to say the least. Claire looked great in Taken. Just wished her character played a larger role in the movie. Maybe even pushing the envelope so to speak would have been even better. Perhaps, Claire will do a Playboy shoot. Remember, however, I only get Playboy for the articles.......Lmao!!!!!:eek::eek:

Oh yeah man, Juliet is so SEXY!!!!!!!! Heck, Sun is a hottie too. Like I said, lots of eye-candy which never hurts. ;):D;) The more the merrier I always say.

But as Daniel pointed out – “we are the variables”. That leaves the writers to come up with whatever they want.

Can a variable become a constant?

Because if so... I bet they all become constants. There are no variables on The Island. Herm.

Variables change whereas constants do not. So, I don't think what you say will work. But hey, on the island anything seems to be possible eh? Just think how much audio equipment we all would have if we lived on the island? :D:):D My guess is, it would amount to a lot. Nothing wrong with that in my book.......LOL!!!! :D:cool::D

I think you summed Lost up nicely right there... "Anything is possible."

Amen bro, especially on the Island. I would like to know where Charlie fits into all of this. Then, there is Locke whom keeps on dying only to back to life yet again. Lastly, what about Jacob? I thought Jacob might be like Jesus or something......who really knows? There are just so many unanswered question so we are left to speculation. ;):);) Heck, we may never know the answer to all of the mysteries.

At one point in time, the thought crossed my mind that Jacob was John?

It could very well be. Boy, that would really be an awesome twist.;):eek:Would be interesting to see how it unfolded like that. But hey, anything is possible on the Island. Why we are at it, maybe Claire and I could do a make-out scene scenario with her showing full nudity. :D:eek::D Yeah......ummmmmm I like how that is playing out......Lmao!!!!! :p:p

i read an interview a while back, that there is a character in the pilot episode who is actually jacob, but he himself didn't know that he was going to be jacob. its possible that locke could have assumed the role of jacob i guess. just some more ot think about lol

http://notalostblog.blogspot.com/2007/06/jacob-has-already-worked-in-lost.html

thats sort of it. come to think of it, maybe jacob is a survivor of oceanic and was trying to get back to the island. were there any people who were kidnapped in the beginning who didn't put up a fight?

EDIT: in the video there, emerson says that we've never heard the voice. that reminds me of a thread i read on a lost forum, where someone thought it could be michaels dog who was for some reason exiled from the island and returned as the dog. a little farfetched, but worth mentioning lol.

We have heard his voice though!

Cabin Fever (Season 4) ... Locke is just about to leave the cabin and you hear, "Help me."

It wasn't Benjamin the Bimbo Linus... and I'm certain Locke wasn't speaking. :D

I'm thinking it's either Locke, in a time paradox, or --- someone else entirely different.

But I am done watching the last episode... so I am off to bed. It's almost 10:30 and I've been up since 8:30AM... looooooong day

After watching the latest episode this past Wednesday night, I would have to agree. That is, someway somehow John Locke is Jacob. Either that, or Jacob doesn't exist.:confused: Things are really getting to be quite interesting. Anyone else here agree that John Locke really is Jacob? If not, what is YOUR take on the show?

Phil
