Built-in subwoofer

I am very curious about the bult-in subwoofer. How did you do it?? Is it built right into the speaker cabinet? What kind of amp you used?

I decided to finally take the time to take pictures and show what my current setup looks like. It is in an apartment, so wire management is a little out of control, and the speaker setup is less than ideal, but it sounds pretty good!

Sony DVP-NS500V SACD/DVD Player
Klipsch RP3 Mains (W/Built-In 10" 400W Subs)
Klipsch RC3II Center
Klipsch RB25 Surrounds
Sony KDS55A3000 Display

Plus a bunch of misc. cables, Compaq PC, Cable Box

Very nice and clean! PQ looks fantastic too.

You should leave the grills off sice the woof cones match the floor

They are actually built into the main cabinets, courtesy of Klipsch

They made the RP series for a couple of years, which included the subs built in to the side of the cabinet.

Wow, I just read the specs and they are rated down to 27Hz @ -3 db... not bad! No wonder I don't miss a real subwoofer (ok, that's not true, I REALLY want a real sub!)
