This is my first setup and so far IMO it sounds amazing. I went to my local movie theater after watching my fair share of test movie on this setup and it just wasn't the same.

I have a JBL sub and will post it during the day when I can better light.
Receiver: Yamaha RX-V663
L and R: Klipsch RB-81
Cnter: Klipsch RC-61
Surrounds: Quintet 3 Surrounds
Sub: JBL P10SW
Next Project Re-Wire. My next setup will be completely dedicated. So wiring isn't that important to me right now.

In my Opinion they sound oustanding. They have a crisp clear sound to them which is what I love about them.

I hear you, I lucked out on my RB-81s bought them on ebay used for $400 and when I got them one of the woofers had came apart literally. Still just called kilpsch and they overnighted me one and once I got it audio heaven. They dont covor them on their warrentee unless you buy from and authorised retailer but their parts aren't that bad to buy.

dimensions wise i just looked up the rb-51 which would fit perfectly on the new tv stand. as would the rc-52. i think that might be a half decent front setup. i've blown way too much on my 1st system. i wouldn't mind trying to locate a paradigm cc690v4 for my centre. they are as rare as rocking horse sh1t now

i don't own any klipsch's......all my stuff is paradigm reference and thats all in the HT/family room. i just bought a 40" lcd to replace an older 26" tube. i had some old gear laying around, so i just rigged up something on a temp basis. a 10 yr kef Q centre and a pair of jbl bookshelves that are @ 6 yrs old mated to an awful jbl sub. so i might look into the klipsch route and i'm sure the missus will love the crispness of those speakers.

my paradigms are still big daddy though :D

yeah i hear ya......i'm unsure what to do with hers. either give her my paradigm ps1200 and upgrade myself to a seismic 10, or eventually buy her all matching klipsch equipment. i dunno how well klipsch subs sound

Nice set-up! I like the painting behind the TV - is it really partially hidden behind it?

I like the setup, and the klipsch reference series just look nice! I have a Reference setup as well, and I agree with the amazing for movies assessment.
