Just got done watching a tree branch try to weld across a three phase line... boy that was interesting. I thought all my A/V equipment took a dive, and turns out... outlets were only getting 60VAC.

Feeders were half-phasing. They reset the line breakers a few minutes ago. Now, back to 118VAC.

I got excited about getting a Rotel amp...but my work schedule cost me.

Oh, well. I'll just wait for Warp to get tired of his D-Sonic amp - that's the one that I really want.

The tofu didn't taste bad...as it didn't really have any taste (which is the goal, I gather). It was the texture. Too wet for me. Kind of like eating goo. I have eleven more boxes of it, so I'll experiment. I just thought that I'd give it a go and see - I'll want to press some moisture out of it first next time.

Thanks for the tips on eating it. Soy sauce...I can't believe that didn't occur to me!
