I understand your point of view on this. But IMO it is ED problem. I had a sub come in damaged from BAX shipping. Fork Life blades hit subwoofer. I e-mailed SVS, and in less then a half hour they responded, and said. Another sub was on the way.
If you order a car from a dealer, and it comes in damaged from the car carrier. Would you except the dealers saying "contact the shipper, your beef is with them?"
