Croseiv is correct; it is all nice, neat and plenty of breathing room now.

This photo of Greg's is dated. I' pretty sure he has a new credenza that allows a little more breathing room. Look at his pic at the beginning of this thread.

Just thought I would bring myself back to the top here. The only new things are the acoustic panels and if you look in my photobucket you will see that I moved the LCD to computer duty.

Greg,

Very nicely done! How do you like the treatments? I may add some to my theater as well.

Very nice...

Beautiful set up, quite elegant. I looked through your thread and sig, I couldn't find any info on your stand; who makes it if you don't mind my asking and how tall (in inches please, I'm a dumb yank) is the center compartment?

Greg,

I apologize for not posting sooner on your system. I thought I had already shared my accolades on your system with you.

I really love the display and and the sound system. Very nice selection in equipment, including the low profile AV credenza and contemporary speaker stands.

The furniture looks really comfortable and I like the wood floors. The acoustic panels do not look obtrusive and overall, I think you have done a great job!!!

My only preference would be to wall mount the display a little higher to make room for a better positioned center channel. It is so important to the overall sound that I feel it is very important to have as close to ear level as possible. I just bought a qaulity wall mount the other day with swivel and tilt features for just over $100 shipped.

Keep up the good work and let us know if you make any other upgrade changes.

I do agree with you but the display is a DLP so it cannot wall mount. I do have my bedroom plasma wall-mounted if that counts:eek:

tell me more about that PC and external HD, how do you use that? did it come with a remote? or would you still use wireless KB and mouse?

The desktop is in my office connected to a 37'' LCD and not part of my HT set up. (well, sometimes I stream photos to my PS3)

The external hard drive houses all my music in WAV files and is connected to my PS3.
