As for the people saying he should have played: I want to see you run with a sprained MCL. I've sprained my MCL and it's *murder*.

No I have never had a MCL sprain. I have played with cartilage, and ligaments tears in my knee. I was injured in the second quarter, but still came out after half-time. I never finished that game. Went out at the end of the third quarter. Yes I wasn't playing for money. I was playing for something more. Pride and my team. I went for surgery a week later after the swelling went down.

I still play organized football once a year. I play in a local high school alumni game.

And you got the nerve to call me a meatball? Anybody that risks their walking ability and earnings potential knowingly is a meatball. I've been quite physical for sometime, and I value all my joints...not just my knees. When I get injured, I know enough to back down and seek medical help if necessary. You're actually condoning this behavior? What a meatball!
