Blue Jeans Cable incomplete delivery

I ordered a 35 foot HDMI cable and three 5 foot HDMI cables from Blue Jeans Cable, but only the 35 foot and two of the 5 foot cables arrived.

I emailed them the day I received my parcel, I waited another day before firing another email ... and it's been another day since my last email and still no reply.

what do I do?

actually, they were around 12-13 GBP each. (had to use the international Blue Jeans website)

bump ... the last inquiry email I sent them took 5 days to get a reply ... I guess they are undermanned.

I still have no reply from them ... it's my first time to have something shipped directly to me but what do you guys do in situations like this?

shipping here sucks ... I had to pick up my parcel at the post office/customs in another city (where the airport is). it was opened there in the presence of the customs officials and us, and I was thankfully taxed only for the 3 items that DID arrive (though insurance and shipping costs were I think counted as shipped).

I wish I could have my orders shipped to Canada, paypal doesn't have the option of changing "country" destination (only the city address -> for gift purposes)

How does it cost you more to call them?

Call them and tell them that you did not receive a part of your order and request them to review your order. If they cannot send you another or find some discrepency, then request for them to contact the shipping company (UPS, FedEX, etc..) and the shipping company retraces their steps and if they can not find it they should order another for you.

I'm from Metro Manila (more accurately, a subcity of Metro Manila), long distance calls will here are about 1USD / minute ... that's assuming I get to talk to someone and resolves everything in less than 15 mins. worth of calls.

I ordered online, correspondence should be via email

well, I finally got a reply from them after I sent a 3rd (or 4th) email indicating I was gonna order again.

1st, they said shipping to my Canadian address was fine
2nd, they said they'd include the missing 5 foot cable to that order

I ordered today, I'll wait til the order arrives in Canada, before I conclude this thread.

I ordered a 40 foot HDMI cable this time, four 5 foot cables, one 6 foot cable, one 20 foot HDMI to DVI cable ... plus the one 5 foot cable they missed.

where in manila? my family is from QC. The family home is very close to SM north edsa, 10 min walk or 3 min trike ride. I however, was born and raised in california.

My experience with BJC is completely different. An order I placed was delivered short one cable. I emailed them and they promptly sent the cable. With that kind of customer service, products and value, I'd buy from them again.

Funny you ask that...
I called Mike about 2 years ago, for a 10 minute phone call, it cost me almost an extra 50.00 on my phone bill.

Would I call Mike again, sure.
