The problem is that this is a bare bones audio receiver, with only optical and RCA digital connections plus an internet port for audio streaming.
I highly doubt that this unit has sophisticated enough software for resets etc.
Note that there are a couple of service ports, which I suspect are only accessible by an authorized service center. There is no mention in the manual which is crammed with folderal and making this unit out to be more sophisticated than it is. It does not need 153 pages to explain this bare bones unit.
Seems like it will need to go to a service center if the cost is realistic, if not the recycling center.
This is just the sort of unit to run a mile from. For what this unit has to offer a nice vintage unit and a streamer would be far better.
A nice vintage Quad preamp and power amp, will give years of service and likely continue to do it for another fifty years at least.
