Hello,
I plan to build a pool, sauna, lanai, tennis court.
What would I need to power multiple channels of audio in stereo mode for outdoor speakers? Any suggestion is appreciated. Thanks in advance!

No idea, but it sounds a horrible idea.

If you're talking about stereo speakers at each location, you would need four stereo amplifiers, or two 4-channel amplifiers, or one 8-channel amplifier.

Is this an enclosed space using Outdoor speakers (because of humidity)? Or fully outdoors?

If it's the latter, is the amp going to be outside with the speakers as well? Or in some sort of more sheltered enclosure?

You haven't posted enough info for anyone to make informed recommendations.

- How large is each zone?
- DIstance from amplifier to speakers (each, including the longest run)
- How close are your neighbor's houses?
- Have you determined the path from the house to the amplifier for electric power?

- Hard wire any network connections and if the distance from the house to the outdoor areas is more than about 50 feet, add an access point.

- How loud does it need to play?
- How many sources?- one streaming device or more options (no real need for anything other than one stream)
- Do any speakers need to be much louder than others?
- Will you place the amplification in the house, or will you have an enclosed area where it can be safe and covered, so weather won't cause problems?
- At what stage is the project right now?
- What is your budget?

Save your brainpower. He didn't ask for help designing the system - only how to power the speakers. :)

Well, the OP didn't offer much info, so as I wrote, it's going to be hard to make good recommendations.

Usually the easiest way is to use an AVR like a Yamaha AVR with MusicCast.

Some AVRs have 2 Zones, higher end AVR will have 3 Zones (play 3 different songs to 3 rooms at the same time).

Does each room need to play a different song at the same time? If not, you can just get an inexpensive Speaker Selector to split the signal to each room from an Audio Receiver with just one or 2 zones.

Then you just stream music from your phone, iPad or PC to the MusicCast AVR.
