I as well as every Medicaid Transportation provider is under investigation for fraud in Colorado. Yes there was MASSIVE fraud but they need evidence of fraud to place you under investigation and I seriously doubt they have evidence of fraud for every single company. Class action against the State to drop soon. It’s even better when the State AG accidentally forwards her private emails between her and another State AG to the attorney representing us. Good times.

Not even empathy! As long as others are paying. The less covered the better the profit. (How did big insurance corporation become billionaires, by denying claims/and or pushing off to "Joe Taxpayers"

Placing anyone under a fraud investigation requires evidence sure. Following the money trail than pulling in a minnow/'s. Who suffers the most? Claims denied? Medical industrial complex today isn't what is was decades ago. For profit industry that's taking president. Once copays are over the head, free medical care used up.
