Do you know about a bunch of areas, meaning that you can speak to MKE relative to other locations? Or are you only able to talk about MKE, meaning that you cannot contextualize it in a larger picture.

That's the problem with your knowledge being local. Chicago has a lower average violent crime rate than 5 (red) STATES.
