Tower speaker help

If it was me I’d go with the HDI 3800’s and go with a Array 880 center a much better match than the HDI center but it is larger but for a 3 way center it’s way better than most in my room which is large it works better than any I’ve had . That can be had now for around 1.000 to 1.200 compared to the 4,400 when they were in jbl’s line up .

I got the jbl 3800 towers and am super happy. Got the pair for a super deal also.

Glad you love them! You don’t know what you don’t know sometimes, and reaching out beforehand is I great idea. Too many times people chime in after they bought something and want to know why it’s horrible, or doesn’t live up to expectations. Really they want confirmation for a bad choice lol. Anyway, the experience of many can be a great guide.
FWIW, as much as I love my ol JBL’s, I’m just a bit jelly lol.

Most excellent now get ya a good center there are Array 880’s on eBay and the HDI center as well but if you can swing the Array 880 center you’ll be very pleased as well . And congrats on your selection I’ve been a JBL user and fan for 48 years these will jest get better and am looking forward to your thoughts on these .

Yes, by listening and learning and picking info on what I like was so valuable, the sales person was trying to sale me Martin Logans , I was like these don't even sound close to what I like . You guys kept me from wasting money I'm sure of it. Can thank you all enough
