but I'm afraid it could decrease homeownership among the middle class," Jerry Howard, CEO of the National Association of Home Builders, told Newsweek. "I'm not sure that we're not robbing Peter to pay Paul here."
When you seperate all the politics out on whose right or wrong and just look at the policy on its own. This paragraph says it all.
When you take the good intentions out of the policy it basically says if you do well and save up your money and work hard to buy a house with great credit your going to be FORCED to pay more on your loan then someone who hasn't.
Man some of this is not rocket science. It's not hard to figure out what's going to happen to the market. Especially with the Fed needing to raise the interest rates so high to fight inflation which is already going to raise what people are forced to pay. Then you put more pressure on them?
This policy sucks there are better ways to help with class and systemic inequality then this. Have all the politicians we elect up there lost they're common sense?
Biden is saying he's going to run again please put someone else out they're. Not another Biden and Harris sh$t show round 2. That sh$t with Kamala and Africa was just embarrassing to watch. Don't make me have to choose between this and Trump.
Will Biden have to go through a primary? Tell me there is someone else they can put up they're against Biden on the Democrats side.
