Go-Nad, the lawyers will be having a field day with this mess. As for Gov DeWine, taking nothing more than assurances from a company CEO(based on the clip provided) over something of this magnitude clearly shows his inability to govern.

Well another derailment in Ohio 5pm yesterday, this time outside of Springfield state road 41 close to the fairgrounds. A Norfolk Southern trains 20 out of 212 cars derailed. No hazardous materials are involved. NO injuries.
