Just for those interested, such as Danzilla31, I did a quick comparison of the FR up to 300 Hz, Audyssey ref curve vs ARCG vs no RC:
So far for my HT set up, Audysey, tweaked with the App and Ratbuddyssey was better, ARCG. Without any tweaks, that is, out of box post RC, Audyssey was actually better in the deep bass though audibly speaking one would not know that because ARCG would cut my below 40 Hz but kept the room gain above that so I dare say most users who don't check the results with REW, would most likely feel ARCG sounded better, as we all know Audyssey's default curves would remove all room gains, i.e. you will end up with what people call the thin sound.
I am very used to hearing the deep bass so for me, I immediately the question, where's the bass, after my first ARCG run.
In order to see how the main towers integrate with the two subs, I plotted the graphs for LRS:
You can easily explain why the ARCG with no tweak (green) could sound more pleasing to a lot of people because of the room gain it kept. Not too many would notice the missing deep bass below about 42 Hz unless tested with the right music contents.

I will email Anthem about the reason for the deep bass cut in my set up (that may be unique to my setup only for whatever reason), and will then be patiently waiting for their response, hopefully they would offer at least some suggestions.
