Don't think it's to do with actors, etc. It's to do with if their policies are good the country or not. If we're going to label scumbags in DC let's label them all sides. Bush, Clinton, Obama, Pelosi, Schumer, on and on. The main accomplishments being making money in and when they get out of office and screw the common American.
Am not one of those people that hate oxygen because Trump happens to breathe it. Am going to play Devil's advocate. New Yorker's have lived with Trump since the 80s. He is what he has always been a brash, loud mouthed building contractor that will do anything to make a deal and a fighter. He's done good for NY and bad. People forget what a sh*thole NYC was in the 1980s. Before Guiliani, Trump was practically the only guy investing in building NYC back and helped open the doors for its rehabilitation in the 90s.
Being the opportunist that he is, Trump just stepped in front of a movement that has been building since 2008 with the subprime bust and gained momentum after Obama care was rammed down the nation's throat in 2010. The TEA party was the result of that as in Taxed Enough Already and that is certainly the case. That movement still echos in that it hates big corrupt government lead by people who line their pockets and accumulate power while saying they care for the common person. The Media is in bed with them.
If Trump survives the NY AG going after his corporate tax filings the 2024 nomination will be his. This November is important to that decision because he will probably not run if the Repubs don't win Congress. Right now, it's looking like it will be a wave election for Repubs so then the dye will be cast. Half the Dems don't want Biden on the ticket so who will they put up against him?
Unfortunately, we have to play the cards we're dealt.
