They should work.

Why the dual rca to dual rca? All you need is a single rca (male to male).

Sorry I did not explain myself very well. I updated my question

Yet you didn't clarify what you mean by needing dual (I assume the 2-rca means dual).

SVS wire IMO is overpriced, the Amazon Basics should be perfectly fine.

You mean from your avr to a stereo external power amp? Or a sub? Can you mention specific make/model of the "Monolith" mentioned? How about an actual product link to the cable you're interested in? Getting a shielded cable will be a relatively easy thing to do from a variety of brands/vendors....

yamaha rx-a1050 to monolith 7x and monolith 2x as I am bi amping my Ultra towers. I am using those Amizon cables. Thinking I would be off using shielded cables from Yamaha to amps.

Okay, you mentioned sub cable and Monolith so we thought you meant a Monolith sub. Thanks for clarifying.

Meh on the bi-amping thing, but unless you're having some sort of issues with the current cabling, don't know what you think you'd get by changing them. Are you sure the current ones aren't shielded? What are they particularly?

WHY IS THIS SO HARD FOR PEOPLE?
What do you have (is asked)...
Your response:
AVR: Yamaha RX-A1080
Hooked up to: Monoprice Monolith 7x200 amplifier and Monolith 2x200 amplifier (or something else?)
Connected to SVS Ultra speakers. The front Ultra Tower is biamped...

I'm currently using 8' Amazon cables as the interconnects between the Yamaha and the amplifiers...

Will upgrading to SVS cables make a improvement?

The answer you are looking for is NO. Or at least, very unlikely. The Amazon cables are shielded and are of decent quality. If you like the look of the SVS cables, I'm sure they are solid quality and will look good, but that doesn't mean they will sound better. Likewise, you could get the Monolith cables from Monoprice, and they will sound identically the same as everything else, but will look solid, and won't be as pricey...

Just sayin'... adding links and being specific in a single post is super helpful. You are not the only one who does this. It's a typical thing for many people. In the future, try to include all the relevant details, it will allow answers to come much faster and be more accurate.

Along with BMX's recommendation, you can also consider the Monoprice High Quality Coax/Subwoofer/Cable.
As RG6 cable, it is somewhat stiff. Well suited for longer subwoofer runs, too.
For shorter interconnect duty, perhaps:
These will have a smaller conductor than the above, and a thinner insulation layer, but are still double sheilded... should be more flexible.

Just some ideas to add to the kettle. :)
