The judge should have required him/ his show to have a bottom page runner: "you can't assume I am talking factually" for the rest of the show's life.

Small nickel and dime counterfeiting or passing as we don't know he actually created the bills, is handled like a misdemeanor or lees and dismissed.

Afaik .. They never even established that Floyd new the bill was fake...but foxnoise and their buddies sure went with the assumption that he was some sort of criminal mastermind... I hate to say it about my own race, but there's a whole buncha easy to bullsh*t white folks nowadays...
