Joe Rogan and his whole crew is gtfo'ing California. I listened to a clip from one of his latest podcasts and paints a pretty ugly picture of that whole area right now.

I've heard Austin, TX has taken a hit too.

I don't go to Austin all that often, but there are so many places to play music it's silly. Not that I'd want the old venues torn down, but luckily there are alternatives.
