No, I don't have experience with Canare speaker wire, but I know that they manufacture good quality products. Their cables are widely used in the pro audio industry.
However, for speaker cables, its the gauge that counts and the quality of the conducting metal used. Monoprice oxygen free copper speaker wire is cheaper and does the job as well. This is what I use and I wouldn't waste money on more expensive stuff simply because there is no audible difference for wires of identical conductor type, gauge size and length. It's impossible to have a difference in performance. The laws of physics control the whole aspects of audio reproduction.
