I got a pair hp-2 from them about 13 months ago after reading a review that Gene
Did. He said they sounded better then the $1000 dollar headphones he has.
I live in the UK and imported a pair and i am very happy with them they sound
Fantastic , last week the right ear phone broke, the metal band snapped ,
So i emailed Rbh and told them about it, and wanted to buy another pair
They are that good, They Emailed me back and said they was sorry i was
having problems with HP-2, And they have sent me another pair free of charge!!!
All the the way to England , What a great company and customer service.
So if any one is thinking of buying some headphone the HP-2 for $199.00
Are a great buy, I had a pair of £500 Sennheiser headphones that had
a great review, And the rbh hp-2 walk all over them.
So Thanks Gene and audioholics if i hadn't read that review i would never know
about this small company called RBH.

I bought the GF a set of the EP-SB ear buds because the cheapy Bluedios and Taotronics that I bought her kept failing. I had a hard time paying that much for ear buds.

After trying hers, I went back to buy a set for myself. I then found that they were on sale for ~$40 cheaper than I had paid for hers. I ordered my pair, and contacted customer service via email to see if there was any chance to score that better price for the purchase just before the sale started. To my delight, they refunded me $40 on the 1st set too!

That is awesome! 2 year warranty too. 1 of the GF's coworkers also bought a set on recommendation.

It does seem that these newer cans are showing quite a few breaks with forum members. But, when you have the customer support like that, it's a moot point.

I love mine and haven't had any issues with breaking. They are definitely the best pair I have owned.

We need to know what headphones they were. If this Gene guy, or you, does not specify the headphones used in comparison then the argument about HP-2 being better means absolutely nothing. We also have to know in exactly what way HP-2 are better than those other headphones
Also, there is an evaluation of HP-2 on head-fi and according to the reviewer his 600 USD Bayerdynamic DT-1770 headphones walk all over HP-2.
