KEF Canada had a promo starting Dec. 26th "free m400 with purchase of LS50"

Contact them to see if I could received a pair of m400 since I bought the LS50 Dec 17 ... Got an email today and they will send me the m400!!!

My wife has the KEF M500's. Nice sounding pair of headphones, and they're very comfortable. Congrats @Goodband!

I also have the M500's and love 'em. For the "buck & a half" I paid...can't find any faults. I think the main differences between them and the M400 is the machined aluminum head band and ear pieces, looks to be the same speaker bits.

And KEF USA treated me awfully nice too. I had bought R500, R200c and the M500 shortly before their "12 Days of Christmas" thing started, and the R100 pair during that. Because I bought the R100 on that special deal but through my dealer, the dealer couldn't find a way to order me the free coffee table book they offered (valued at $89) for spending $500 or more during the sale. An e-mail off to KEF, they considered all my business from a local retailer (they get credit for local buys even through KEF Direct) and shipped me the book. They also threw in the Atmos 9/15 demo disk and a couple other goodies for both me and my son (who has recently bought Q300 pair, and I bought him a Q200c.) He just ordered a pair of Q800ds through KEF's preferred B-stock seller here, Accessories4Less. KEF loves us, methinks.

I realized when I sold my Ipad Air 2 I lost my Kindle Reader, so I bought a Kindle to read with!

Kindle Paperwhite newest model 300DPI 4GB and it is really nice, and yes that is Game of Thrones, book 1 I am reading now

I was not going to spend $60 for the amazon case, got I nice little cheap one for when I travel and it goes into a stand. Omotion Smart Cover Case $11.99, works great and auto shut feature when closes.

While cruising Craigslist, I happened upon a bargain for something I wasn't really looking for and bought them as fast as I could. With a list price of $349.99 each, to get four of them for $100 each was a deal not to be passed up.

Now I don't really have plans (just hopes and dreams) of someday having a 5.1.4 Atmos system. If I did, I might want the $800 apiece Ci200RR to better match my current speakers and/or any future upgrade to those. So perhaps these go to my son. He has a 7.1 system now with Q300 for L-R, Q200C center, Q800ds surrounds and iQ10 rear surrounds. With his room being bigger than mine and closed in on all four sides, this might be the better place for the Ci200QR's. We'll just have to figure a receiver/amp solution. recommendations welcome.

I was ill-prepared to spend that money but the deal got the better of my senses. After all, I'd just spent nearly $700 on a new stove. Funny how I bought two $10 scratch off tickets for me & wife on the way home, hoping to warm her up before telling her what I'd done. And mine hit for $500, hers for $10. I gave her $100 to make her happier and the indulgence is covered. Free speakers, new in box. Today rocks!

Got refunded for two headsets I recently bought and got Yamaha HPH-200(Open Back) Used Like New for half the price tonight. These are a keeper. Great Soundstage/Airy. Nice Lows(No BOOM, just natural mid bass/bass), Highs(very nice and not overly trebly like the give me a headache Samson 850's(For sale on CL) and Mids(Nice and Smooth). Very comfy too. I wanted something like my favorite Movie/TV Pioneer 1000 Headphones, but more portable and these fit the bill. Who knew Yamaha?!

I bought this used in vinyl at an antique store for a couple of bucks... I new it was going to be beat to hell but I wanted to know if I like their material. And I do do now I'm looking for a much cleaner copy or spend a couple of bucks and get the record cleaned by one of the locla audioshops around here

It accepts a cable card from Comcast, TW, Fios, etc and allows you to play live tv including premium channels through your computer, or in my case to my computer in the basement, so that I can have tv to the projector. Cheaper than renting the whole box.
