Untrue, it was going to be perfect and I was going to skip work and go mountain biking. Then the sky opened up and I got rained out. We need the rain so I am glad we got it but tomorrow would have worked better for me.

I forget who it was, but I remember there was somebody who got pretty worked up a while back when someone else would quote them but change the wording. I forget who it was, but I admit to kind of enjoy watching others mess with him.

Not sure if it was me that made you laugh, but I've definitely done the wording change thing. Even more fun is when a Mod changes the thread title. I'm pretty sure Gene did that once for someone claiming that he was favoring products in his reviews because they were in the store. I always thought the reverse was true until he told us he has no control over the store. I figured he'd only sell products he actually liked.

They left this too. Was supposed to get picked up Friday but they didn't come get it, so we had it all weekend....

Very, VERY cool!!! Same thing happened to me. Played with it all weekend. What a blast! The yard has still not fully recovered.

Closed on 4 properties this week!!! All selling, I am unloading 6 all together, 2 more to go... I have an investor coming up from NJ tomorrow night, hes a friend of ours, his sons run his business up here and he wants a few rental properties {very smart, let the kids do all the work while he is 300 miles away, lol}.. He just called and asked if I wanted a single check for both properties or one for each... I told him it doesn't matter to me but for his own paper work 2 would probably be a better idea, so I think he is serious about buying the last 2 from me... That is all I am selling, my wife said to sell 9 I wanted to sell 2 so we agreed on 6, marriage is give and take, lol... These 6 are actually out of my way, the rest of my properties are very close to each other so easier to maintain for me....

Anyway I haven't been posting as much due to being busy dealing with this stuff, but I see its slow around here, nothing exciting going on and Bryce hasn't come back yet...

Tapeworm meds? I always cure tape worms in my guys naturally, something about putting pesticides in my dogs I don't like... Get pumpkin seeds and grind them up with some fresh garlic put it on a steak cooked in garlic, done, a couple doses of the ground up pumpkin seeds will get rid of the tape worms.. Now round worms or hook worms can be troublesome but tapes are ez to take care of...

Thanks for the advice! The stuff that I get works really well, though. Clears them up almost immediately.

At least it has DAP on the tube - Distinct Audioholic Personality , and if I am not mistaken that is a bookshelf speaker under the DAP , just saying.
