You know all of us here have seen thousands of movies. And I can tell you that "I Frankenstein" is better than most movies I've seen.
I think the most important thing about any story (movies or TV shows) is the characters. If I can relate to or feel sorry for or cheer for the characters, then the movie is good.
I've seen so many movies (Star Wars I, II, III) where I couldn't even care less if all the characters died in the movie.
Even in some movies like The Amazing Spiderman, I couldn't get myself to even care for the characters.
I didn't care for a single character in "Ender's Game" and most movies I've seen.
So character development is the most crucial to me, and I think "I Frankenstein" has good character development and very solid acting. The only negative thing I can say for this movie is the plot hole. But overall, it does many things right, including character development, acting, action, awesome special visual effects, and awesome sound effects.
