Nice find!
Ah come on man. SC or turbo it is the real way to go with the Miata's.
They handle great and can really fly when modded up properly.
Good luck.

Not exactly exotic but this is my daily car porn. Bought it this past August with only 18.5K miles on it despite
it being a 2008.

Since then I've upgrade the shocks, springs, sways and rims. The latter shaved off 3lbs. of rotational inertia off each corner

Now I moved on to addressing power and currently have a header in route that should be here by Wednesday. It's the same header ran on the MX-5s that run in the Playboy Cup Racing Series.

Next on tap are an ECU Tune and changing out everything downstream of the header as the budget allows.

Yeah I guess you could say I've caught the mod bug...but I plan on being reasonable and staying NA. :D
I'd stick NA. That car is already plenty quick as it is. My rims stayed about the same weight, but went up a size. It doesn't really have room to throw the dog or I'd be happy to pick one of those up. Looks like the paint is pretty well taken care of!

I know some have gotten the SC and turbo down pretty well for these cars but this is my DD and reliability is paramount. Plus I just don’t have 6k laying around to buy one of the those turnkey systems…lol! </SPAN>

Hell I haven’t even told my wife about the header yet because I told her I was done buying mods until we built her a new patio and went on a vacation:eek:…maybe she won’t notice:eek:</SPAN>

Thanks!

Yeah the dog thing is a pretty serious draw back. There have been several trips that I’ve wanted to take this car because of the twisty roads on the route but I would have to take our 3 instead because we had to bring the dog along. I have thought about getting one of the dog harness that buckles them in so then it would just be a choice between the wife and the dog. JK!:p</SPAN>

I hit 138 in my 95 Integra GSR. It had the rev limiter raised and a mild tune and it still had room to go too, but that was asking for trouble. I really haven't gotten the current ride up that high but I've no doubt it will easily do that as well; it feels perfectly normal at 120.
