Didn't see that movie, but yes, it basically IS a Corvette underneath.

There's a guy back home that's been doing that with Mustang engines for years. I got to drive one with a Kenne Bell supercharger on it. That thing had so much torque it was like trying to drive on ice!

I'm surprised Monster Cable hasn't sued him yet.

This is a turnkey product though - you provide the miata, they give you back a built car.

Is that the same type that was in Hit and Run, the one that was keeping up with a Corvette?

The V series Caddy's have supercharged 6.2L V8's. 0-60 in ~4 seconds, under 4 if you are capable behind the wheel of a car. An absolute blast to drive, and drive fast.

Finally got everything with the car squared away and we're going to have some nice weather for the foreseeable future so out came the wash and wax!
Really starting to dig the new rims and I love the look of the new front rotors.
Loving the Goodyear Eagle GT's so far. I can definitely push the car a lot harder than I could with the Conti's. I'll never buy those tires again.

Don't know what happened to the formatting of my original message. For some reason the site wouldn't let me do any hard returns.

Weird.

But how hot was she and did she drive like a girl?
I saw a cute girl driving a Camaro RS this morning, weaving in and out of traffic. Pretty cool even if it was only a V6.

She was older, wearing a business suit. Probably a CEO or something. Don't know if she can drive, but DAMN it sounded mean when she took off at the light, and she DID get on it too :D

 No, but the guy in the A5 who thought he was going to catch me trying to catch up to her had that "what just happened" look on his face when he not only didn't catch me but I pulled away in the corner :D

So went to the Rusty Wallace Racing Experience last Saturday in Stockton, CA. Pretty fun but the track was too small to really get any speed going.

Should have gone to Vegas Speedway! I think the cars are limited, but you can still get up to speed on that big track.

I am the photographer for them when they come to Texas Motor Speedway. This last December the second day was donated to the Make A Wish Foundation. If you would like to see some of the photos to it click on the link . Zenfolio | Looking Glass Photos | Rusty Wallace Racing

Looks like a MUCH bigger track than the one I was on. I'll have to give it another try at a better track. One of the girls working the event mentioned Fontana.

Not exactly exotic but this is my daily car porn. Bought it this past August with only 18.5K miles on it despite
it being a 2008.

Since then I've upgrade the shocks, springs, sways and rims. The latter shaved off 3lbs. of rotational inertia off each corner

Now I moved on to addressing power and currently have a header in route that should be here by Wednesday. It's the same header ran on the MX-5s that run in the Playboy Cup Racing Series.

Next on tap are an ECU Tune and changing out everything downstream of the header as the budget allows.

Yeah I guess you could say I've caught the mod bug...but I plan on being reasonable and staying NA. :D
