I just wanted to thank you all for the help. I found out I'm not as smart as I thought. Not only that, but I joined 4 forums to try to sort things out, and I have to say this forum outperforms all the other 3 put together. I hope you don't mind, but I'm going to stay with you guys here.

This is a very nice forum.....everyone tries to help and interact with everyone else with a minimum of snarkiness and putdowns.
Just watch out for that "Gene" guy.....he is hell on two feet !!

Gene could be intense but stays professional as long as you remain polite. Now with TLSGuy is another story.
Semi-Joking aside, there are plenty of great and helpful members, unlike myself.
To @Jimbo96 - Great to have you around, and if you plan to stick around, I recommend reading main page articles covering various audio foundations, techniques, and even science.
No stupid questions, but it helps if you did your homework before asking.

Lol.. Thanks guys. I'm trying to learn more about this. I love good clean sound. Trying to learn on the open web, there is a lot of conflicting info out there. I found a new audio home! Thanks for the welcome.
