Yamaha rx-v3000 for 250

I am wondering if anyone has had any comments on the yamaha v3000. I have a denon 3802 that I want to trade it for. I have the chance to get the yammi for 250. Thanks

Just my opinion:
That Yamaha is yesterday's technology. It was a great receiver in it's time, but I wouldn't consider the change from that Denon much of an upgrade at all.
