yamaha 4600 + paradigm's

Hello, I'am putting together a new ht/music system and need some advice. I already purchased the 4600, it will be driving 4 paradigm studio 100's, 1 cc-570 and 2 adp surrounds I'am worried that all these speakers will tax the yamaha as nice as it is so I'am thinking of adding a amp. the outlaw 5 channel [1150$]7 channel[1600] amps are on sale but i can't find any reviews I trust. how do the outlaws compare with Emotiva mps-1?[2000$]. 2000 is the top of my spending limit. sub dutys will be carryed out by a nice new servo-15. any advice will help I have not listened any of these amps.

Because the yamaha has many features I like and I got a deal at my local goodguys store $1500 for the 4600. I also got lucky and am getting a great deal on the speakers.

Outlaw is the "Kia" of the Home Theater industry. Gets you where you want to go at a minimal price. Nothing in your new/proposed system says value to me. For the extra few hundred dollars I would pick up the Emotiva as it was being directly compared to Integra'a $5000 amp. The only bad thing that I have read about Emotiva is the high fan noise.

I ran the Emotiva amp though its paces and then some between my test bench and my Uncle's Colombian parties and only in the latter condition did the fan come on, but the music was so loud, you couldnt hear it. I did manage to activate the fan when doing my amp tests but it didn't sound unusually loud/noisy to me and I was standing about 3 feet away from it. In most cases it won't even activate.

It does have a lot of features, which is why I've ordered one. But for 1500 plus another 2 grand for external amps perhaps a high end denon/hk/rotel would have been just as well.

I do not know how good the amps are in the 4600 yet. But even if they are a significant upgrade over the 2500, I don't think Icould ever have the heart to run 4 studio 100's, 2 adps, etc on it.

Your going to have a very nice setup in the end.

Thanks for the replys, I purchased the yamaha before the opportunity to buy the paradigm's came thourgh, I may of made a different choice...... but it's too late now and I think this combo will work out good in the end. I can't wait!!!!!! the emotiva sounds like a good choice but i'am feeling alittle poor after all these purchases, and the wife is starting to wonder where all this h/t stuff will go NO matter what I decide I look forward to writing a few posts on the outcome
