Saw Wicked on Friday and man it was awesome, prolly the best I've seen since The Phanotom of The Opera.

The costumes and acting were top notch but the singing espicially Elphba's character.

Bickering aside.

The CD we have isn't recorded all that well, i think the top end is tizzy, the Deftechs are unforgiving on bad recordings.

EDIT: Popped the CD in my Sony DVP-CX995v (had the CD in my PC w/ onbaord audio that resamples to 48khz) and find the top end smoother, much smoother. I hate PC Audio cause 90% do a $H!T job because they upsample like crap.

Would love to see a SACD release.
