What's the deal with keepers and trades for the keeper in draft position?

I hadn't spent a whole lot of time setting anything up. what do you think? Should we have a keeper if the league members stay the same, or?

Keepers are fine but IMO keeper trades should be allowed for the first two weeks and the draft to make it interesting. Allowing for the offseason rule changes keeps em guessing.
