Which Cable? (AV Receiver to Speakers)

Sorry for the noob question, but which cables would you recommend to me to connect my Denon AVR1907 to my B&W DM601 S2's?
I've always been into the recording side of audio and not the A/V side so I've never hooked up this type of thing before!

Thanks,
Dan

Some basic 14 AWG speaker wire form Home Depot or Radio Shack. There is no need to spend much money on speaker wire. If your runs are greater than 50 ft or so use 12 AWG.

Just don't buy Monster speaker cable that sells for $100 a foot. I bought a whole 100' roll of 12 AWG from Monoprice for $25. Like Greg said, 12 AWG is overkill I admit. Home Depot and Radio Shack wire also works well, though I believe monoprice is still less expensive based on what I've seen in the shops recently.

Blue Jeans cable has Belden twisted pair speaker wire in 14 gauge size, and you can order it in any length you specify. I've used this cable in both commercial/pro and my house for A/V and it is no-frills, simple, basic, very good speaker cable.

If you live in a large city, or nearby, have you checked your local electronics dealer (not Radio Shack, a dealer that caters to installers, orchestras, bands, etc.)??? I purchased locally 12 AWG/2 Wire, Clear Jacket, Oxygen Free, Made in USA, for $0.45 ft., and 16/2 Twisted Pair PVC Jacket for $0.25 ft.
