These are just 2 of many covered here.

This should be part of my AH Drinking Game: Power Conditioners.

Steven , can you please enlighten me about the Belkins this power console? Is it similar to the Furman elite 15i?

You still haven't answered any of the questions about why you think you need something to "condition" your power.

Whereabouts do you live?
Do you experience regular electrical storms?
Are you out in the country?
In a building built prior to, say, 1950?

Seriously, these questions actually help us help you.

Instead, you just act like you want gadgets for what is frankly, most of the time, a nonexistent problem. Your ducats, amigo.

The Tripp Lite and Belkin 12-Outlet are Surge Protectors. Great Ones in Fact.
The Furman elite 15i is a Power Conditioner it looks like.

Thank you. :)

Get an electrician to come to your home and install whole house surge protection. This is your best absolute solution to your inquiry.

Then your best bet is whole home surge protection. The power supply in the avr is fine without "power conditioning". I can't imagine buying one.

Any idea how much it costs to get one installed for the home whole surge protection?

I can't imagine it would be more than an hour of labor for a competent electrician.
I suppose I could call my guy and see how much he would charge. :p But that likely won't help you unless you live in NorCal WineCountry!

Not expensive, and varies with states. Around $500, installed by an electrician. That's the only thing that will protect anything in the house.

Im not 100% sure on this so Check it for yourself. But don't most New'r homes already have whole House Lightening/Surge Protection installed???

Go look in your panel... it would be in or attached to it, connected to the main breaker (probably a dual post 100A+).

How would it lighten a house? :) Keep in mind a close enough lightning strike could still cause issues even with a whole home surge protector....

Also, Surge protectors are usually rated for a 3-5 year lifespan, IIRC... frequent brown- or black-outs can shorten that!
