Did you buy new? Funny, I didn't care until I got the new cart. I lost all my cleaning stuff in the move so I ordered a new brush etc.
No. Both used. I don't buy anything less than VG+ usually. And I generally only buy used from a seller with at least 99.9% positives and more than say a 1500 fb profile. I feel most comfortable and have had the most success if the seller has a 3-5000 fb profile.

Never seen them live, but he's quite wild and entertaining on stage on yt videos.
Yes he’s a big guy and he’s in constant motion on stage. One of the best stage acts I’ve ever seen. Too bad he stop performing with the band years ago except for special events. Was fortunate enough to see him and the band twice.

Both albums arrived today. Different sellers as I mentioned, so kind of cool to get them together. Both are far better than described! Diesel and Dust appears unplayed with no spindle trails or marks. Blue Sky Mining is a strong VG+ not quite mint minus. Playing D&D now. Oh yeah, it was dead quiet when the stylus landed. It's a rockin' album!

Got the Fragile super deluxe box set with the signed Roger Dean lithograph. Put it on the wall to start my music memorabilia collection to go along with my sports stuff. Looking forward to the Close to the Edge set coming out March 7.

I have these two Rutles CD's on the way.
They were very hard to find since Neil Innes died 5 years ago. He was shipping them from his site but after he died they never updated the site or replied to emails. These will complete my Rutles collection.
I do not have Archeology on vinyl though. That goes for around a couple hundred bucks. I have the re-issue CD though and that has bonus tracks that the vinyl and original CD do not have.
Back when Archeology was released in 1996, they also released a 10" vinyl, "Shangri-La", that I remember seeing at a record shop, but didn't buy it. I sort of kicked myself for years about that, but I have a copy of that now too.
