I agree with most of it, but there are some grey areas.

Mastermind, and I agree with the results.

My employer had all the team leaders in a room together, and one of the things they did was a personality profile. About 100 people and over 1/2 room fit a personality profile the facilitator said no more then 5% of the population would be. It really demonstrated the owners success in higher a specific kind of person. It's too bad he got too cocky with one customer who was about 70% of his business. Our reputation was sullied and reduced down to being nothing more then place holders.

My personality type was a Counsellor.

All 4 categories of questions described me accurately. Weird indeed, all within 20 questions.

I now see what ppl mean by the questions having at least two similarly matched answers.

I guess some mood factors probably kick in to what makes ppl pick certain answers.
