Never heard of the World Economic Forum but it sounds suspicious, kinda like that United Nations organization which did so much to prevent Putin from invading Ukraine.

I think they only have some peacekeeping forces, not for real combat.
Was Putler ever prosecuted for war crimes? Doubt if he will be after Ukraine either.
