To cap off the night, one of my favorite ales, Trois Pistoles...dark, tiny bubbles, fine malt flavor, a truly noble brew.

I'd like to try this. I think the only Unibroue beer I've had is la fin du monde.

I also love Fin du Monde; Trois Pistoles is very similar, but dark, with a mildly roasty flavor, but not assertive like a stout or porter.

It's on tap at Disney EPCOT in Germany. The highest alcohol beer in all of EPCOT.

I'd never seen this before today, so I decided to give it a try. I'm a sucker for "organic" stuff. Turns out, it's pretty darn good!

It was a LOT better than I had expected. Very tasty. Much better than the local wheat beer that I picked up at the same time - that stuff was just plain watery, IMO.

Had The Lost Abbey 10 Commandments on tap at Surf Taco yesterday.
It's a Belgian Strong Dark Ale and in my top 3 favorite Belgians.
