since the 12NSD's got the aluminum cones (same as the 12.3 plus driver) about a month or two ago

Mike being that you are The king of subs I can understand why you would say that lol But for little ole me this one will do for a while and it has surpassed my expectations of performance thus far . Maybe a twin in the near future lol but seriously for my size room I think its going to work fine but a ultra will never be completely out of the picture so you never know Oh and Mike have I ever told you your a bad influence on me J/K kinda

Thanks for posting those pics, I know exactly how you feel. I recently upgraded my bedroom sub to a PB10-NSD, and I was so dissapointed when UPS came when nobody was home. But luckily my UPS guy is the shizznit since he came back later on that day on his way back to the hub since he knew that I wouldn't want to wait for something like that, plus the chances of something getting damaged if it had to go on and off the truck again. I can't wait to hear your impressions of it once you watch a few movies on it.

Great pics! I remember it was like that when I was unboxing my MFW-15. It was my first real sub and quite the experience. Enjoy (which it sounds like you are)! I'm sure you'll re-watch a bunch of movies

Thanks lol BTW nice digm servo 15 those are monsters. I almost bought a used one online but the guy said no returns but said it worked and I wasnt ready to gamble 700 plus dollars. He said the amp had a slight hum but I wasnt to worried about that it was the as is/no return policy. Anyway so far im really happy with this SVS but havnt watched any blurays yet but plan to tonight. IM thinking maybe KINGKONG, Dark Knight or maybe THE lastest Mission impossible should put it to the test

First impression

Well just watched King Kong and this PB12 NSD Is pretty impressive, actually I didnt finish it because didnt want push my luck with my neighbors . This sub had things rattling in my living room, it was strange sometimes I could barely hear the base but felt it and heard stuff rattling around all over the place but you could hear it to other times actually a lot of the time.Very happy thus far. Im trying different settings at first I had my frequency cut off on my avr at 80 and seemed like a little to much for my taste and my size room. So far im liking 50 and all speakers set to small but im still experimenting. Funny thing as im sitting hear typing Im hearing a ringing sound in my ears lol so I think this sub is doing a excellent job
