That's correct. Killing Jews runs deep in Russian history. Look up how many Jews the Czars killed or drove out of the Russian Empire before Lenin took power. The Protocols of the Elders of Zion, which the Nazi's used to teach their children, still haunt the Jews of current times. Those texts were produced by Czarist Russia.
I think it´s even more that russians have killed anyone non-russian through history.... russia is an extremely violent country, also understated by the fact that it´s a normal thing for a russian husband to beat his wife till she is between life and death.... violence is normal and a day of the daily life. Police will never investigate violence at home because it´s simply normal. A woman that leaves a husband after he beat her half dead, is a bad wife
If he thinks everyone will just lay down and submit to Russia, whatever becomes of their goal of Open Eurasia will be a radioactive, toxic land mass which will be useless because I suspect that at some point, they will use some kind of nuclear weapon. Russia's history of taking other countries by force is too long to ignore and too bloody to allow.

That would be a mistake by Putin, unless NATO just fails to act aggressively via a launch of their own and if the NATO equipped countries do launch, then you have WWIII and millions will die in Europe and the US along with Russia civilians. So we have to ask ourselves, do you live in an area that would be targeted by a Russian Nuke ?
As I mentioned before, I would be more disturbed by the loss of Russian architecture than by the people who might die if the Kremlin were bombed out of existence. If Putin has indeed holed up in a bunker beneath the big red building, the appropriate response for him firing nukes would be to make a big hole where that building stands. Not with nukes, just big, conventional bombs. I don't think their military would be able to defend against the US alone, certainly not the US AND Nato/allied countries.
