Make sure the phase is adjusted correctly so they are complimenting the sub & not fighting the tactile effect that the sub is producing!!!
Didn't think about this! A friend is lending me his miniDSP to see if I can find optimal cutoff frequency etc, will add phase check to the tests.

Seriously, I have no life.
Afterlife: she sounds fantastic to me!! I don't have a lot of experience with TTs but as I made progress I could definately hear a very nice improvement. The biggest improvements coming from the new cartidge, trying different tubes in the phono stage & adding the platter & weight. It has really changed the way I enjoy music now!!!

Grador: Well good thing I don't work at a machine shop because I enjoyed custom designing some of my table & seeing it all come together. The shop I used is a very small, owner/operator shop named VDJ Machining in Cerritos CA. The office I dispatch from is in the same bussiness complex so Ive known the guy for a while. He does all my machining. Sometimes he hooks little stuff up free & I'll get him gift card or something. Hes a good guy!!

Im hoping TLS Guy checks these pics out...I know he loves this side of audio equipment!!
I bet that does sound really good.

I think that is one of the absolute best projects done by anyone on these forums.

I don't think you are done with upgrades though. I think the pickup arm should get your attention down the road. I think that would result in a worthwhile improvement. I have seen pictures of those turntables fitted with SME arms.

Well that is more of a compliment than I had hoped TLSguy!!! Thank you very much!! I haven't listened to anything but vinyl at home for months now!!!

I have definitely looked into upgrading the tonearm. Checked out SME, Linn & a couple others. I'm not sure if I want to yet though. I'm thinking of keeping the deck stock since it was given to me by my dad. If it was a Lenco I bought online then the tonearm upgrade would have been done already!! But it's sounding so great as of now that I'm holding off on that. I want to try a few different cartridges first (thinking Denon DL-103) & also try some more tube rolling in my Bellari-130.

Again thank you guys for the very kind compliments I really appreciate them!!!
