Timing and level accuracy - REW or audysee?

Hi All
Checking system after audysee is ran, to find that audysee seems to not be quite as accurate as using REW for (especially) timing purposes using the IR graph. I find the fronts especially, are anything up to 2msec off (generally negative, or to the left) and the levels can also be improved slightly by using the REW spl meter.
Is this normally the case or is the audysee doing a better job and there is some unknown I am unaware of?
Denon AVR 4520. REW umik 1 with HDMI connections and using the SBL (closest) as the timing ref.
