Tidal/Spotify on Apple TV 4k box

This thread inspired me to get Spotify Premium and get rid of Pandora Plus and Amazon HD Unlimited.

In the den, I usually use my iPad to my Apple TV 4K over Airplay2. (Keeps my phone free).

I also Spotify Connect from my Yamaha AVR zone 2 in the garage using the Yamaha Musiccast App when on the treadmill or working on home projects.

I’m still not 100% clear if 320kbps would be the same direct to the Yamaha (music quality settings grey out) but it seems to sound better over Airplay2 to the Apple TV 4K and I enjoy the high res screen savers on my TV. LOL

I can hear the difference.

You can hear the difference between 16/44.1 and 24/192 with identical content masters? I think you're kidding yourself. Big time.
