The Wolfman = Chewbacca

I saw The Wolfman over the weekend, and I thought it was crap.

Everytime I saw the werewolf, it reminded me of Chewbacca and I thought, "When is Han Solo showing up in the movie"?

The trailer looks good, but the reviews were all pretty bad for that one = rental. So when it comes out, will it be worth a rent? It seemed quite odd to release a horror movie sometime other than October, so my hopes for this one were already low.

I don't even think it's "worth" the rent.

The Wolfman = bad makeup + chewbacca werewolf + predictable plot (or lack of) + stupid ending

And is it just me or does Hugo Weaving sound like Agent Smith everytime he talks in every movie?

That's not the one I'm recalling, though I do know what tv show that quote comes from. The one I'm recalling was a comment about werewolf makeup looking more like Chewbacca than something scary.

I just wanted to say I'm with the OP. This movie was complete ****. I don't mean it looks like **** - the werewolves look like Robin Williams with pubes glued to his face. There is no story at all and what little action there was couldn't get me interested.
