Beware! If you have a product from The Speaker Company that is still under warranty and you're having issues, you might want to consider having it repaired on your own. I had an ASW-10 subwoofer that was a great unit until it began blowing it's own fuse when turned on. I contacted The Speaker Company and received a return authorization and promptly shipped it in for warranty repair or refund (their words). Fed-Ex tracking showed it recieved at a Rockaport, NJ facility on July 20th. Since then, no one will talk to me. I even contacted the people at the NJ facility and absolutely no one will help me. Thus it would appear i will never see that sub again.
