Seriously, I have no life.
It will be interesting to see if the Trump administration complies with this ruling.

>>>San Francisco . . . A federal judge has ordered half a dozen federal agencies to “immediately” reinstate probationary employees fired last month as part of the Trump administration’s effort to rapidly shrink the federal workforce, calling the effort a “sham.”

The preliminary injunction issued from the bench Thursday by US District Judge William Alsup requires the departments of Veterans Affairs, Agriculture, Defense, Energy, Interior and Treasury to rehire the employees. The judge said that he might extend the order to cover other federal agencies at a later time.<<<

As far as I know, the administration has not flat out ignored or defied any court orders, but they have played games to delay and obfuscate court proceedings.
Is an appeal on the horizon? Then another appeal SUP?

Musk Email Reaches Italian Workers. It Did Not Go Well.
Employees at the Aviano Air Base who serve American forces got a familiar demand to list their achievements. Unions say Italy “is not the Wild West like the U.S.”

These are Italian citizens and work under Italian labor laws.

It has already been appealed to the 9th Circuit.

I'm assuming the Trump administration will appeal to the Supreme Court if they lose on appeal.

The District Court issued a preliminary injunction, which is not a final decision. The case could bounce back and forth between the district court and the circuit court a few times, so it's difficult to predict if or when it will go to the Supreme Court.
