Cabin gain will makeup for your high roll off in the model. You are likely to see nearly +10db to +20db (depending upon the car) or more for transfer function at frequencies below 40hz.

Not sure why you want to use such a woofer in a car unless you are going for high SPL...

I'd recommend a 15" SI driver. They are much cheaper and move plenty of air for a car.

But sometimes it's fun to be silly. Just like upgrading to a bigger turbo or removing the back seat to reduce the 0-60 time.
