M MDS Audioholic Spartan Sep 21, 2008 #1 I currently have the SVS SB12-Plus in RoseNut and although it is very nice looking (despite a minor nick on the top) I'm actually considering replacing it with the basic black version. The deep reddish brown is just a tad too much for a room that is mostly brownish with the orange-ish Oak and darker Cherry finish of the furniture. So...anybody with the basic black vinyl finish on an SVS sub, what do you think of it? Does it look ok or does it look cheap compared to the special wood finishes like Rosenut?
